Surveying Workforce Pilot Project

Facilitated by The Surveyors’ Trust, this pilot project aims to establish a comprehensive, integrated approach to career and industry initiatives that are funded by the Trust by:

• Developing a collaboration model between currently funded programs to strengthen its approach to workforce planning and development;
• Developing a data and information sharing model between Trust funded projects within a national framework, enhancing career pathways by increasing industry visibility and integrating strategies across related industries; and
• Increasing the visibility of the industry and profession through an effective strategic National Council and a high-profile web portal.
